Our friends, the Macalusos, grow these extraordinary Caribbean pink guavas. We add them to our youthful dark balsamic to produce an incredible flavor. The very sweet and aromatic guava combined with the refreshing and tart balsamic vinegar make this perfect for summer salads or drizzled over summer fruits. Combine with pineapple and chili flakes to top grilled salmon. Try reducing it down to a syrup consistency and serving over your favorite vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
