Limited Release! This full-bodied Winter Harvest blend is crafted using the yield of our olive harvest and pressing from fine estates throughout the Temecula Valley. The result is a beautifully complex extra virgin olive oil, with rich fruity flavors and a nice herbal aroma. A high antioxidant that comes in the olive oil gives it a slightly peppery finish – perfect for everything from marinating meats for the barbecue, to drizzling over asparagus before baking, to topping potatoes with just before serving, and of course dipping your baguettes.
