This Olive Oil Sour cocktail is made using Temecula Olive Oil Company’s fresh squeezed California olive oil.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 2/3 oz. Italian brandy
- 1/3 oz. oloroso sherry
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup (3:1 honey to water)
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 fresh egg white
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
