Return and refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal and #1 priority here at Temecula Olive Oil Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You should return the unopened item to us within 90 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Due to COVID please contact us if you have any questions at 866-654-8396.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased on www.temeculaoliveoil.com may be returned either to a store or by mail to P.O.Box 2193 Temecula, CA 92593-2193

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the returned product, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sales Tax

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may be responsible for state sales tax for your order, regardless of whether this sales tax was collected by Temecula Olive Oil Company.

Billing Information

For all orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as checks. If you are picking up your order at Temecula Olive Oil Company location, we also accept checks and Cash.

For online orders, we will charge your credit card at the time you submit your order. When we charge your credit card for an order, we charge it for the full amount, meaning that we don’t charge you separately for developing, shipping and handling, or other parts of your order. When we charge your card, we’ll send you an email message. This is your receipt and includes all of your order and payment info. We send you an email when your order is shipped with an itemized list of charges. If you’re unsure of what makes up your final charge, check the email we sent to you when your order was shipped. We take your credit card security very seriously. If you believe that fraudulent charges have appeared in connection with your account, please contact us so we can investigate this immediately.
