We will be milling and pressing Fresh Olive Oil this day at the Olive View Ranch. We invite ‘olive’ you to stop by the Ranch anytime between 11am-2pm! (no tickets or reservations required)

We invite you to visit our ranch and see the magic for yourself! Learn about how we grow, harvest & produce fresh olive oil while you taste our liquid gold! And all of our farm equipment runs on olive oil. In addition, we have a zero-waste operation. So any oil not extracted during the first pressing is used to make soaps, chocolates and other fine products. And we even use the high acidity water extracted from the olives during our pressing process to use as an all-natural, chemical-free weed control on our ranch.
