Visit Us at Olive View Ranch
We invite you to visit our ranch and see for yourself! And all of our farm equipment runs on olive oil. In addition we have a zero-waste operation. So any oil not extracted during the first pressing is used to make soaps, chocolates and other fine products. And we even use the high acidity water extracted from the olives during our pressing process to use as an all-natural, chemical-free weed control on our ranch. Taste is pleasant, fresh and naturally aromatic. So much difference from the varieties at grocery stores & online.
Well worth the price as such better quality. We first tried alone on salad and veggies. Then mixed in some olive oil too- really nice. No chemical or artificial aftertaste either – just clean flavors of peaches and upper end vinegar.
