Grilled Balsamic Honey Chicken with Hickory Smoked Olive Oil and Honey Balsamico Bianco from Temecula Olive Oil Company.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Hickory Smoked Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamico Bianco with Honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Grilled Balsamic Honey Chicken with Hickory Smoked Olive Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Hickory Smoked Olive Oil, balsamico bianco with honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess, and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
