Grilled Lemon-Oregano Chicken Skewers made with our Fresh Oregano Olive Oil from Temecula Olive Oil Company
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup Fresh Oregano Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix fresh oregano olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Thread the chicken chunks onto the soaked skewers and place them in a shallow dish.
- Brush the chicken skewers with the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Serve the grilled lemon-oregano chicken skewers with a side of rice or a fresh salad.
