This Spring and Summer Pomegranate & Basil Caprese Salad recipe combines the perfect pucker of our Pomegranate Vinegar with the aromatic freshness of our Basil Olive Oil.
I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Pomegranate Balsamico Bianco Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
I N S T R U C T I O N S :
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Pomegranate Balsamico Bianco, Basil Olive Oil, and honey.
- Drizzle the balsamic mixture over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
