Olive Oil Martini made with Temecula Olive Oil Company extra virgin olive oil for a silky, weighty take on this classic cocktail.
1 ½ oz. crisp, clean vodka or gin
½ oz. dry vermouth
Dash orange bitters
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Few drops of olive oil, for garnish
Add the first three ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled Martini glass, garnish with the rosemary sprig, and use a dropper to add 2 or 3 drops of oil onto the surface of the drink.
