Limited Release Item! Available in Summer. Molto Burroso is Italian for “very buttery”. This late harvest olive oil is made from the same varietal of olives that make up our Rotture di Oro; however, with Molto Burroso, the olives are picked later in the season when they reach their peak of ripeness. This rich, buttery olive oil is the perfect and healthy substitute for butter. Use Molto Burroso for anything from baking grandma’s secret homemade cookies to grilling and dipping. Brush on steaks before grilling and on corn hot off the grill. It also makes the ideal dip for bread.  One taste and you’ll be hooked.

Pair with our Fresh Apple Balsamico for a beautiful dressing or light marinade.

375ml / 12.68 fl oz – All of our olive oils are fresh-squeezed & harvest dated so that you can control the freshness. Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Gluten Free.

Olive Oil – Molto Burroso 375ml – Seasonal

Our limited edition Molto Burroso Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a buttery, golden dream. Molto Burroso is Italian for ‘Very Buttery’. And you’ll find a lot of great foods to add this buttery, fresh-squeezed olive oil to. Because is takes everything up to the next level of flavor. Plus, all of our fresh-squeezed extra virgin olive oils are full of health benefits. And since everything we sell is from the current harvest, you’re only getting the freshest California olive oil. And that means you’re getting the best. So don’t wait too long, our Molto Burroso Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is usually available in Summer. One taste and you’ll be hooked!

We rarely make this exquisite olive oil. But when we do, it’s a highly coveted treat. We harvest the olives after March, when they are a beautiful ripened black color. And the oil that we squeeze out of these olives is so soft and buttery, you can put it on anything. We’re not sure when we’ll make our Molto Burroso again.

Absolutely luscious! So lovely and smooth I made mini ciabatta loaves to dip in it. (And thank you to the TOOC club because it encourages us to keep trying and exploring new options!)
