Using the Perfect Pairing

This Perfect Pairing Gift Set isn’t just about olive oils and vinegar. You can pair our fresh-squeezed olive oils together for incredible flavor combos. Try this recipe for Garlic and Basil Pesto Pasta!

  • 1 lb linguine or your favorite pasta
  • 1/3 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Basil Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine Fresh Garlic Olive Oil, Fresh Basil Olive Oil, minced garlic, fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until well coated.
  4. Drizzle with additional Fresh Basil Olive Oil before serving.
