Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Basil Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Fresh Basil Olive Oil, Fresh Blood Orange Olive Oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers until the chicken is cooked through, basting with the marinade during cooking.
- Serve with a side of fresh basil and a drizzle of Fresh Blood Orange Olive Oil.
