Lemon-Honey Glazed Salmon Recipe using our D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil from Temecula Olive Oil Company in California.
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Honey
- Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill), chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with the marinade.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
