Spring Greens with Lemon Vinaigrette made with our D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil & Fresh Apple Balsamico Bianco.
Ingredients:
- Mixed spring greens (such as arugula, spinach, and watercress)
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Toasted almond slices
- Crumbled goat cheese
- D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil
- Fresh Apple Balsamico Bianco
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed spring greens, sliced strawberries, toasted almond slices, and crumbled goat cheese together.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil and Fresh Apple Balsamico Bianco in a 3:1 ratio (3 parts olive oil to 1 part balsamic vinegar).
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Main Dish: Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and oregano), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix D’Luscious Lemon Olive Oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are coated evenly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve the grilled chicken hot with your favorite sides and drizzle with a little Fresh Apple Balsamico Bianco before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
