Tomato and Oregano Olive Oil Bruschetta made with our Temecula Olive Oil Company Fresh Oregano Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Oregano Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette, sliced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, fresh oregano olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven broiler or grill.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly toast under the broiler or on the grill for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle a bit more fresh oregano olive oil on top and serve the tomato and oregano olive oil bruschetta as an appetizer or light lunch.
