These highly sought-after olives have roots in France, but ours grow on our California olive ranch. Each harvest they are hand-picked and then slow-cured. Then we let them swim in our premium California extra virgin olive oil and mingle with Herbs de Provence. So when you open a jar of our California green olives, you’ll get a mouthful of fantastic French flavor.
