Garlic and Basil Pesto Pasta made with our Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and our Fresh Basil Olive Oil from Temecula Olive Oil Company
Ingredients:
- 1 lb linguine or your favorite pasta
- 1/3 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Fresh Basil Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic and Basil Pesto Pasta
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine Fresh Garlic Olive Oil, Fresh Basil Olive Oil, minced garlic, fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until well coated.
- Drizzle with additional Fresh Basil Olive Oil before serving.
