Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons Temecula Olive Oil Company’s Olive Oil of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven until golden brown and crispy (about 20-25 minutes).
- In a skillet, combine the roasted Brussels sprouts, crumbled bacon, and maple syrup. Cook over medium heat until the Brussels sprouts are coated and the maple syrup has thickened slightly.
- Serve as a savory-sweet side dish for a taste of autumn.
