Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons Temecula Olive Oil Company Olive Oil of choice
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the chicken.
- Arrange lemon slices over the chicken.
- Roast in the oven until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy (about 35-40 minutes).
